Each 500g jar contains 12.50 mg of NZ Bee Venom or 25 ppm and 1.5% of Bio-Active New Zealand Propolis extract (soft fraction).

It is recommended to start with 0.5 teaspoons of Manuka ProVENZ daily. If there are no signs of allergy, the dose can be gradually increased to 2-3 teaspoons daily. The honey should be taken without any food or drink and kept in the mouth until it is completely dissolved.
